Online store terms

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or shipping restrictions. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, refunds, and guarantee

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Verified manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for review. All returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its text, graphics, branding, images, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Loriande and may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use other third-party services, including payment, shipping, analytics, and order-tracking providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe another party's rights, submit false or harmful content, distribute malware, interfere with site security, scrape protected content, or attempt unauthorized access.
