Ring Size Guide
Measure a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter straight across the center in millimeters.
- Match that diameter to the closest US size below.
| US size | Inside diameter | Finger circumference |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | 15.7 mm | 49.3 mm |
| 6 | 16.5 mm | 51.9 mm |
| 7 | 17.3 mm | 54.4 mm |
| 8 | 18.1 mm | 57.0 mm |
| 9 | 18.9 mm | 59.5 mm |
| 10 | 19.8 mm | 62.1 mm |
Measure your finger
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of the finger.
- Mark where the ends meet without pulling too tightly.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the circumference column above to find the nearest size.
For the best fit
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are usually largest. Avoid measuring when your hands are unusually cold or swollen. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size. Wider bands can feel tighter than slim bands.
This guide is a general reference; fit can vary slightly by design.
